Service Description
A toner is a liquid or gel formula that can be applied for 15mins on coloured or lightened hair to either soften or enhance the color. Toners add a lovely shine and helps to correct or personalise your colour. It is used to add natural, cool, warm or more visible tones. As a result, it enhances the tonality of your hair. Toners do not lighten your hair.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy and Your Data: By booking with us via our website, you are agreeing to receive Email and SMS notifications (where applicable) so we can provide you with relevant information regarding your appointment. Your personal information including name and contact details are held in a secure database, and is only accessible to our small team of staff. We do not supply any data or information to third-parties. From time-to-time you may be contacted via Email or Telephone to be alerted of an urgent update which may concern your booking or an immediate disruption to our business. Unexpected Staff Absence: In the event of staff sickness or unplanned absence, we will notify you as soon as possible by SMS, Telephone, or Email to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We understand this may be less than ideal, but we aim to keep these instances as infrequent as possible, and we ask for your understanding and co-operation during these times. Cancellations: Amendments and cancellations to upcoming bookings can be made from your account up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please be aware all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will incur a 100% charge. Patch Tests: Some treatments will require a mandatory patch test, prior to your appointment, which will be highlighted to you in the bookings process. This is a 5-minute skin test, where we apply a small amount of dye or glue to a discreet area of your body (usually behind your ear) to test for any adverse allergic reactions to said product. We are obligated by law to carry out patch tests to all clients, where relevant to the nature of their treatment. When booking, you will be asked to provide availability to come in for a patch test. This must be a minimum of 48 hours before your desired appointment. Failure to attend or complete a patch test appointment ahead of a relevant treatment with us will result in your appointments cancellation and subsequent charges may apply.
